Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we're not accepting returns. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com with your order number.
At this time, we're not offering exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be presented within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. However, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you're approved for a refund and you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
