When will I receive my order?
It normally takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated between 5-7 business days. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our current fulfillment estimate is closer to about 10-14 business days.

Processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. For orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us a message at email@example.com.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to print and ship different items from multiple on-demand order fulfillment locations.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
Can I cancel my order?
Because of the nature of print on demand, products are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable. Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be canceled, changed, or edited as the item may have been created.
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with the order number and your customer's name. If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.
Why can't I cancel my order?
We start preparing orders to ship shortly after orders are placed. After your order is placed, you have a short window of time to cancel. If you are unable to cancel your order, it means we are already working on getting it to you as soon as possible.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
What's your return and exchange policy?
At this time, we don't offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com with your order number.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be presented within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. However, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We're sorry, but we currently do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online.
How are your products made?
We work with reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations nationwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal*, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
